NEW: Creative Photo Studio Workshop with Zaira Pampín

My name is Zaira Pampín (she/her)

I am a cultural worker and activist. I create images and projects based on documentary material, combining social activism with artistic statements that explore interactive practices. Artistic iniciative that explores the construction of psychological through sensitive activities and feministic normativity.

I am offering for Schokofabrik a creative photo studio workshop for all women, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people*. My work is based on biographies, unconventional persperctives and fragmentary portraiture. Currently I am dealing with processing, queerness, transing and voice.

For me, photography is a way of supporting women* to speak out, to give them a voice and to express themselves. This workshops is about mutual support and empowerment. Through a protected setting and the great trust of the participants, personal, beautiful works will be created.

The workshop will be part of the programm of Schokofabrik. Sessions will take place on the 12th, 26th June, and 10th and 24th July, from 6 PM to 8 PM.

The art photo workshop is designed for beginners with little or no previous artistic knowledge and is conducted in German/English, although fluency in the language should not be a prerequisit for participation.
